If you have a straight staircase, the Bruno Elan is the narrowest and most affordable stairlift that we sell.  It can easily be equipped with a power folding footrest, a folding rail, or a power swivel seat.

With top 180 degree Park Position

With curved rail stairlifts, it is possible and  often preferable to bend the rail around the corner at the top or bottom.  This accomplishes two goals:  The lift is stored off of the stairs, and allows people more room to walk, and the stairlift user is able to get off and on to the lift further away from the edge of the stairs, which can be safer.

The SRE-2010 Elite is a very solidly built, comfortable straight rail stairlift.  Our best.   Smooth ride, comfortable seating.  Choose a ball-bearing smooth manual swivel seat or powered swivel.  Manual or power folding footrest.  400 pound capacity.

Outside Staircases

Typically in houses set upon hills, the staircases leading to these houses can become more and more difficult.  We have installed curved outdoor stairlifts up to 97 feet long with multiple complicated bends.  Perfect fit every time!

With folding rail.  Napa

This SRE-3000 was installed with a folding rail option at the bottom.  With the stairlift at the top, the rail would present a tripping hazard for passers by.  to the right of this picture is the rail, folded out of the way.

This photo shows the stairlift on the left when it has been sent up out of the way, and the rail has been folded back on itself to provide clear passage on the landing.

Standard straight stairlift

This Bruno Elan stairlift was installed in a location where the rail would normally present a tripping hazard when the lift is at the top.  The furniture at the bottom protects this from being a problem, so the customer chose not to install the folding rail.

This installation starts at the bottom with a 180 degree park oof stairs, then  up with a spiral bend, and finally finishes on the landing with a top overrun.
